Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying various parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
